| Abstract: | Foreign investment funds are making their move in Ukraine, the "latest frontier". The author reports that despite encouraging economic signs and enormous potential, the slow pace of reform is holding development up. It seems, judging from the amount of money currently going into Ukraine, that foreign portfolio investors are viewing it as the "latest frontier" among East Europe's emerging markets. Interest was first shown by individual investors hunting for undervalued assets, of which Ukraine has plenty. |
