| Abstract: | Studies of German consulting firms specialized on innovation show that innovative measures to improve the performance of a company are very often blocked up by mysterious ways. German enterprises try to evade these blocks. One of the new initiations is the so called Capital-Foerderpreise. In this competition dissertations dealing with innovation management sent in by undergraduates are studied by a jury consisting of renowned managers of large German corporations. The prizes are awarded by this gremium. This competition provides as well opportunity for undergraduates and managers to make good contacts. |
