| Abstract: | The reasons for China's advising from flourishing to slack in a short term are that the advisory body lacks an adquate professional level, that the quality of employees is not good and that the standard of the intro-controlling system is relatively low. In addition, there are short of professional standards and social demand, especially effective demand. Although advising is poor as a whole, the expected demand has gone up greatly in some developed regions such as Beijing. Now it is optimum time for advising to develop so that we should devote major efforts to developing professional controlling advisory bodies, set up the national advisory network, form the group of high quality, carry out enterprise-advising service activities and finally help enterprises solve difficulties. |
