| Abstract: | For mid-and long-term strategic development, it is essential to find new growing impetus. They include the new round of thorough reform of production means; the optimized resource allocation guided by competition; large-scale renovation of infrastructure; and the demand pull I the process of improving consumption structure. It should be a basic principle to give priority to employment in the mid-and long-term development strategy. There should be strategic arrangements longer than "3 years" for the strategic restructure of state economy. The off-balance supply and demand has become a new "bottleneck" for national economic strategic development. |
