| Abstract: | Risk safeguarding is a long-term strategic mission: risk comes from development of labor division under the condition of market-oriented economy; from extroversion of commodity's dual-contradiction and radical confrontation; from regular disciplines accumulated during the course of industrialization; from social economic expectation under the condition of continual aggrandizement of personal financial assets; from the change of demand-supply situation in the course of global economic integration. However, the basic strategic method of marketzation depends on adjusting the structure of social benefit. |
