| Abstract: | This paper examines the use of techniques in strategic project management (SPM) with a survey of the UK oil and gas industry, and suggests portfolios of techniques to support successful SPM. The techniques rely on previously reported research into the process of SPM which uncovered a set of elements that explain successful project management. |
