Abstract:Management consultants have traditionally tried to hide behind the cloak of strict client confidentiality. But as competition heats up, many are now intent on more aggressive marketing. It is not enough to produce a series of reports on corporate strategy and leave the company to it: today the implementation is very important. The result is a marked convergence of those two previous dipoles, the technologists and the strategists. At the same time, companies must offer both hardware and software services.
