| Abstract: | In the process of practical economic operation, we should start ith guiding the market demand structure to direct the investment activities of foreign tradesmen, making it beneficial to our industrial structure promotion. The core is to prevent market failure through rationally bringing the government's function into play. The following measures should be adopted with emphasis: practically enhancing the industrial orientation for foreign tradesmen's direct investment; guiding and optimizing the enterprise organizations with foreign tradesmen's direct investment; adhering to the principle of diversifying the sources of foreign tradesmen's direct investment; perfectly carrying out the opening of foreign tradesmen's direct investment. |
