| Abstract: | The new tendencies are more horizontal buying and annexing of the same businesses and less one of cross-businesses, more unite of strength by strength and tremendous sum of money and less one of cooperation, undeveloped countries generally join in the enterprise buying and annexing. The Chinese policies of using foreign capitals are to guide the cross-country companies' investments, further open markets for the foreign capitals with the progress of taking part in WTO, make up and improve law system for cross-country buying and annexing, improve the enterprise buying and annexing environment and set up the check system of cross-country buying and annexing. |
