Abstract: | A key challenge in business education is to provide both a strong conceptual base and a practical application of concepts. This may be even more critical in Asia, especially on the undergraduate level. In the West, experiential learning methods are applied as to suit to overcome the gap btw. classroom and real-world practices. Asian students can provide a wonderful resource for Western students to learn more about cross-cultural issues. |
