| Abstract: | This article focuses on psychological empowerment and explores whether transformational leaders influence followers' organizational commitment (hereafter as: org-com.). It is also examined how structural distance between leaders and followers reduces the relation between transformational leadership and org-com. A sample of 250 staff nurses working in Singapore was analysed for the study. |
