| Abstract: | In this article Clive Lewis FCMA, a Senior Consultant with Coopers and Lybrand, argues that over reliance on financial information often prevents organisations from gaining the benefit they should from management information. He presents here a view both of best practice and of a process for radically improving management information. This article suggests that a large part of the problem lies in over-reliance on financial information, an unclear view of alternatives and lack of a process systematically to improve management information. |
