| Abstract: | Factors of improving climate for ethical behaviour in the company: the behaviour of top management as the role model; goals should be challenging but realistic; when wrong-doing is discovered, it should not be treated lightly; provide adequate orientation and training on ethics for all new hires and reinforce those messages on a regular basis; do not make money or status symbols the only motivations for achievement; an organizational commitment to excellence, fairness and equity work much better. |
