Abstract: | 1. To adjust the policy of income distribution, and narrow the gap between the rich and the poor. In 1998, the income of the richest in China accounts for 30.9% of the overall national income, in contrast, these people accounts for 10% of the population. Hence, it must use the means of redistribution of national income to strengthen the intensity of transferred payment. 2. To adjust the industrial structure---make efforts to develop the tertiary industry. 3. To adjust the structure of demand---vigorously start up domestic consumer's demand. 4.Raise the proportion of central fiscal income to GDP. 5. The balance of current accounts should be nearly balanced, and has a slight surplus. Moreover, the reserve of foreign exchange should be sound. |
