Abstract: | Business integration (hereafter as: bus-int.) has become a key issue for several companies to extend business market by integrating and streamlining processes both internally and with their partners. There is the need for efficient software solution to help to achieve improved bus-int. for improving global business economics, referred to as Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). Major EAI approaches and evolution of enabling technologies ranging from EDI to Web Services and XML-based process integration are analyzed to provide cost effective, adaptable, flexible, and scalable global EAI framework. Solution comprises the challenge of efficiently integrating diverse business processes and data across the enterprises etc. |
