| Abstract: | Modern leadership requires the ability to manage things that appear at odds, but in fact are not. There are three aspects of paradox that are worth pointing out: 1. Leaders are faced with contradictory demands (here as: c-dms.), 2. Common sense rebels against pursuing the c-dms. at the same time, 3. Many of the paradoxes can get resolved. |
