| Abstract: | Most leadership literature is based on American (hereafter as: Am.) experience. Is it possible to identify a more European (here as: E.) approach? Based on a study performed with professors, writers, and consultants across Europe, it is noted that the E. model of leadership is distinct from the Am. and Asian models as to decision-making, goals, social responsibility, perspective and cultural difference. The article author believes that there will be an increase for the need of 'planetary leadership' in the future. |
