| Abstract: | A review that focused attention on local government and local authorities as increasingly important user groups of corporate information, an initial assessment of their information needs, an analysis of recent social cost analysis performed by U.K. local authorities to measure the social and economic impact of plant closure decisions on communities they serve, and some tentative first steps to set up a normative framework for such analysis. |
