Abstract:There are eight areas in a business plan where energy is often wanted. A company should not underestimate the voice of the customer. Information should be organized for action. The right people should be involved in the process of reacting conclusion. Someone must decide who is in charge of the change process. It should be determined how the goal can be achieved. Measuring performance has the importance as a tool of motivation as well as a tool for decision making. Finally, celebrating accomplishment provides powerful propulsion within the organization.
