| Abstract: | In order to return to GATT, China has reformed the tariffs, gradually improved the conditions of entering China market and are abolishing all import regulatory tax. China has adjusted the exchange rate many times and set up foreign exchange market. China has made the foreign trade more public and gradually expanded the opportunities of establishing enterprises and the business scope of foreign traders in some coastal port cities. China has also perfected laws and regulations related to foreign traders and reformed the import and export system. |
