| Abstract: | China's import strategy is to strictly limit the imported commodities to what the modernization of the national economy needs such as the advanced technology and equipments and some short rare resources in China, by combining with the strategy of import substitution , to decrease gradually the import of middle parts used in processing and assembly, to accelerate the rate of making the imported products produced at home. The strategy of making use of foreign investment is to handle the relationship of domestic and foreign investment properly, to adjust the overall structure for using foreign investment and the structure for foreign direct investment and to set up some enterprise groups with strong strength in fund and technology in a planned way. |
