| Abstract: | By the end of October 1991, 911 of nonbusiness enterprises of China have been set up in 101 countries and areas. China's overseas enterprises are not only regulated by China's law, but also obey to the host country of capital import. So the studies of laws of capital-import country should be deeply strengthened, and the attention should be paid to the following aspects: evaluating the investment environment of the capital-import country; Choosing the investment fields of the capital-import country; and checking the overseas investment of the capital-import country , etc. |
