Abstract: | The message that comes from this case study is that the quality of Bosch's products and its reputation with customers is founded not only on Bosch's engineering excellence and technological innovation but also on the quality and effectiveness of the people it employs. The professionalism of its management, and their ability to create and re-create, in the attitudes and behaviors of employees, the company's corporate values, has to be seen as a vital element in the company's continuing success. |
