| Abstract: | The author believes that products of electronic industry are more and more sophisticated becoming too complicated for people to buy them because they cannot use them on the basis of manual's instructions. It is suggested, therefore , to record the instructions on a tape. The question is which manufacturer realizes this unique opportunity. |
