Abstract: | The telecommunications sector operates successfully in Japan due to the regulatory mix of mutually reinforcing elements like incentives, rivalry, flow of information between organisations, etc. All these factors enhance effectiveness together. This situation formed partly as a consequence of historical development, is used today to regulate telecommunications industry in Japan. |
