| Abstract: | The article regards organizational conflict management as a"disputing process" containing the social escalation from grievance stage to conflict and dispute stages. These stages were measured with the Disputing Process Instrument (DPI). DPI was used to study social escalation among peers with various strengths of informal relations in an electronic firm. |
