| Abstract: | Joseph Pelton of the University of Colorado in Boulder has completed a study which forecasts that the demand for satellite communications in the Pacific region will increase exponentially. The report suggests that Japan and the U.S. should set up a satellite-sharing venture to handle the traffic increase. |
