| Abstract: | In market economy, the effect of interest mechanism to domestic and international balance of payment and to ensure the effective distribution of funds can play an important role in the demand and supply of investment funds of economic entities and the decision-making of consumption. Interest mechanism should be further reformed in China to unleash its functions of regulating the national economic structure, leading the orientation of investment, balancing the aggregate supply and demand of goods, regulating the circulation of money in the market and the supply and demand of credit funds and thus enabling the rational deployment of social resources.
