| Abstract: | China has gained remarkable achievements in utilizing foreign capital. But with the change of environment both in and out of the country, China meets serious challenges in further utilization. The author holds that corresponding tactics and measures should be taken in both macroscopic and microcosmic ways in order to utilize foreign capital more fully. |
