| Abstract: | Inflation can be internationalized in the condition of open economy through pricing mechanism, international flow of capital, in various nations. China can be inevitably impacted by international inflation transmission after returning to GATT. It is imperative for us to learn the basis advocations of international inflation transmission from the West and to combine the basic requirements of GATT, making use of exchange rate mechanism, regulation policy of industries and the measures to regulate international capital, controlling the international impacts of inflation transmissed to our economy. |
