| Abstract: | Socialist market economy is the market economy combined with the basic system of socialism. As the market economy under socialist conditions, it is still a kind of operational structure with plannedness combined with market. While market is outstanding in its role if playing fundamental function in resources deployment, it is necessary to have macro regulation and control reinforced at the same time, coutinuing to have the functions of plannedness improved. |
