| Abstract: | This paper analyses the background of futures market and its process of development in Singapore. It thinks that China needs to learn and draw lessons from Singapore in the following aspects: 1.Establishing futures market with a view of fully enjoying the futures interests, 2.Perfecting enterprise system and developing hedging, 3.Making perfect the legal system to protect the legislative rights of investors. |
