| Abstract: | Steady macro economy, free micro economy and clear and definite ownership system are the three key factors of China's economy transferring toward market economy. The internal relationship among the three factors demand that the measures and policies of reform must be carried out coordinately. If faults are made, or any relevant policies are made and implemented too early or too late, obstacles must be resulted in during China's economy transferring toward market economy. |
