Abstract: | State-owned commercial enterprises are the mainstay of China's commerce, which is a reality left over by history. state-owned commercial enterprises are not indispensable for a market economy. In line with the objective demands of the market economy, the paper puts forward proposals for the reform of state-owned commercial enterprises some state-owned wholesale enterprises with abundant funds are turned into state-owned commodity reserve enterprises; large and medium-sized state-owned retail and wholesale enterprises are reformed into limited liability companies and collective enterprises; small state-owned commercial enterprises are changed into private and collective commercial enterprises. |
