| Abstract: | Labor discriminating phenomena at the present stage in China mainly include: 1.system barriers of employment in urban and rural area. As "agricultural population", farmers can not be employed in urban areas. 2.ways of privileged and exclusive settlement of labor employment. 3.the negative effect of the coexistence of the permanency system of original employees and the system of labor contract. 4.legal rights and interests of women employees are not fully guaranteed. |
