| Abstract: | The foreign investment is not enough in keeping with the national economic developing program, the large-and medium-sized enterprises subordinated to the central ministry and commission lag behind local enterprises and TVEs in attracting foreign funds; the regions of foreign investment are too concentrated; the third industry in attracting foreign funds is relatively sluggish; the management service can not caught the development of foreign investment. Therefore, it is necessary for the large enterprises and projects to open outside , supplying convenient conditions in necessary funds, etc; expanding open region and accelerating the third industry to open outside; putting price system in order and making economic laws and regulations. |
