| Abstract: | The author first analyses the concept of the property right, the function of the property right and the operation mechanism of the enterprise property right system. Then on formulation and development of the state-owned enterprise property right system, he points out that enterprise property right is a kind of economic relation that exists objectively and belongs to the realm of economic foundation. It emerges along with the emergence of assets and ideas. Property right is a kind of behavior relation approved by people with each other and caused by the existence of materials. The basic components of the state-owned enterprise property right are basic property right, legal person property right and nonlegal person property right. |
