| Abstract: | The financial characters of transnational corporation are: the financial system is suited for the corporation scale, the flexible capital structure standard and the organizational financial policy in the whole world. We should improve the investment environment, relax the control to the foreign exchange receipt repatriation of overseas enterprises, allow overseas enterprises to invest again according to their demand. The control system centering on the financial organization of overseas enterprises themselves must be perfected. |
