| Abstract: | There are many useful tools for strategic analysis, but system dynamics converts it into a powerful tool. It allows a better decision making process, and facilitates individual and organizational learning. Knowledge accumulated contained in the mental models of the company managers can be made explicit and even more important and accessible to the other members of the organization. The company chosen for this example belongs to the aircraft industry, but the analysis can be applied to any company where the economic impact of increasing the production facilities is important. |
