| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the enormous achievements and existing problems in the development of foreign-funded enterprises. It proposes measures and proposals for developing foreign-invested enterprises at the new period: 1. Attention should be paid to attracting big transnational companies to make investment in China. 2. The whole process management of introduction of foreign investment should be strengthened. 3. Transparency and consistence in law should be enhance. |
