Abstract:The emerging foreign exchange regulation price is imperceptibly looked upon as another RMB exchange rate besides the posted price promulgated by the State, it is influencing/acting on the economic development. Therefore, to stabilize the economic development must stabilize exchange rate too. The financial/monetary policy of the Central Bank of China plays an important role in regulating the exchange rate on market. At present, the foreign exchange regulatory market in China may not be equal to the foreign exchange market in the West, the former is only a means to crossly regulate the surplus and deficiency of the foreign exchange funds in order to gain the most of beneficial results of the foreign exchange funds.
