| Abstract: | To establish the macro-control system to the grain market, the following problem should be paid great attention to: 1. the analysis of the grain supply and demand situation and the selection of development target. 2. The establishment and perfection of the grain reservation system and the strengthening of the macro-control capability of the government. 3. The establishment and perfection of the grain wholesales market and futures market. 4. To adjust and balance the domestic grain market by using actively the international market. 5. To foster actively the major grain producing area to develop production. |
