| Abstract: | There are a few problems about the reform of public ownership economy. the public ownership is not unchangeable. It underwent a developing process of formation consolidation progression and perfection. It is a complex economic system. It must abide by the principle of material interest and take into the consideration the material interest of the state, the collective and the individual. There are two viewpoint share-holding. One is to develop strengthen public ownership economy by moderately developing the share-holding. The other is to transform and replace the public ownership economy with share-holding. |
