| Abstract: | Dematerialization of securities means the substitution of the present paper bearer ofcthe rights arising from securities with the electronic bearer of these rights.The subject of the rights (the legal nature of the rights) is not changed by the mere shirt of the bearer. Together with the substitution of the bearer it is necessary to adjust the rules on origin (issuance) and transfer of the rights from securities issured upon considering the present (paper) bearer to the new (electronic) bearer. |
