| Abstract: | In the paper the author discusses contract of employment as the basis regulating individual labour relations.He discusses the valid regulation, but above all he presents the proposal of future regulation.In the introduction he presents the historical survey of regulating the contract of employment on the territory of the present Slovenia and theoretically discusses the vdefinition of the contract of employment and its placing into civil and labour law.Later on he discusses all the important questions related to the contract - parties of the contract, making of the contract, the obligations of the contracting parties, kinds of contracts, and its suspension and at the end its alteration and above all its cessation. |
