| Abstract: | The setting up of security rating organizations is irrational. The rating result less used and not popularized. It is necessary to establish commercial rating organizations and form a unified market to avoid local protection. The relation of responsibility and power should be changed and investors should share risks themselves. Rating procedure should be reformed and rating methods should be improved. International experience should be studied and legislation of rating should be improved. |
