| Abstract: | Great changes occur in present Western economy, which are motivated chiefly by the revolution of communication technology and the shifting from industrial economy to information economy, and other changes aftermath the shifting, such as the reform of economic structures and readjustment of economic organizations, the economic "externalization" will be further strengthened. And the contrast of economic forces of various nations will be hitherto changed, so on and so forth. These series of great changes mark that Western economy has entered again in a new stage since the end of World War II. |
