| Abstract: | China has seen three stages of importing technology since her establishment: 1. Pattern of USSR from 1950 to 1979. 2. Turning Stage from 1980 to 1989, during which many forms had been tried. 3. A new stage after 1990. And during the third period, China has got her priority of attracting foreign direct investment, given a full play to the openness, formed the exporting structure which textile products are considered first, and exchanged a large number of qualified personals over the world. |
