Abstract: | Tax benefits may reduce the financial burden of changing company policies or making renovations. The provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are complicated, and complying with them can be expensive - particularly for small businesses. Non-compliance may even be more costly: Fines are $50,000 for a first violation and 100,000 for a second violation. Income tax benefits, however, may lessen the financial burden for some companies and help them avoid fines. |
