| Abstract: | Finanzplatz Deutschland has undergone radical change in the last fivw years. Only five years ago Berlin was a divided city. Five years later we observe a very different picture. The flow of cash into money market funds in Germany is swelling and the use of derivatives is well established among issuers, investors and the trading community. Banks in Germany are able to engage in derivatives transactions very much in line with the conditions imposed in other EU countries. |
